Capabilities

From a single table to a full inspection workcell.

Everything we build starts as an aluminum extrusion table, cut to your exact spec. From there, add vision inspection, fixturing, and simple automation — all mounted to the same frame — as your process calls for it.

01 — The Foundation

Extrusion Tables

Every workcell starts here. T-slot aluminum extrusion, cut, drilled, and assembled to your exact width, depth, and height — the frame everything else mounts to.

  • Configure width, depth, height, and shelving live
  • ABS or aluminum work surfaces, casters optional
  • T-slot rails leave room to add cameras and fixtures later

02 — Vision Inspection

Cameras that check the work as it happens.

Cameras mounted directly to the extrusion frame watch each assembly step and flag a part the moment something doesn't match spec — before it moves down the line.

  • Verifies correct parts, orientation, and fastener count
  • Flags misassembly before the next station
  • Mounts to the same T-slot rails as the table frame

03 — Fixturing

Fixtures that hold parts until they pass.

Custom fixturing built into the table holds a part firmly in place until your quality criteria are met, so nothing moves down the line out of spec.

  • Locates and holds parts to a repeatable position
  • Releases only once your pass criteria are satisfied
  • Designed around your part geometry and tolerances

04 — Automation

Simple automation to speed up manual steps.

Basic actuation and sensing — a pneumatic press, a part-present sensor, an indexing tray — built into the frame to take the slowest step out of an otherwise manual process. No PLC platform to stand up.

  • Targets the one slow, repetitive step in your process
  • Sensors and simple actuators, not a full robotic cell
  • Built and wired into the table before it ships
