How long your build takes, how it gets to you, and what's covered once it arrives.
Standard orders are fabricated and ready to ship in 2–3 weeks, depending on current shop volume. Selecting Rush Order in the configurator moves your table to the front of the fabrication queue for an additional surcharge, typically cutting lead time to 5–7 business days. Exact dates are confirmed after your order is placed.
Tables ship via freight carrier to addresses in the contiguous United States. Larger or multi-shelf configurations may ship partially disassembled for protection in transit, with all hardware included for on-site assembly. Shipping cost is calculated based on final dimensions and weight and confirmed before your order ships.
Inspect your table upon delivery. If any part arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage and packaging — we'll ship replacement parts at no cost.
Because every table is custom-fabricated to your exact configuration, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once fabrication has started. Orders may be cancelled or modified free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, before fabrication begins.
All aluminum frames are covered by a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Surface panels carry a 1-year warranty against cracking or delamination under normal use.
