The terms that apply to every table and workcell ordered from High Grade Systems.
Each table ordered through the High Grade Systems configurator is assembled to the specific dimensions, shelf count, and surface thickness you select. By placing an order, you confirm the configuration is correct — assembly begins shortly after purchase.
Prices shown in the configurator reflect materials, hardware, and assembly at time of order, plus any rush surcharge selected. Full payment is due at checkout. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, but any completed order is honored at its confirmed price.
Selecting Rush Order applies a surcharge to expedite assembly. Rush lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates; High Grade Systems is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Freight amounts shown in the configurator and charged at checkout are estimates rated from the ship-to ZIP code and delivery options you provide, for curbside LTL delivery in the contiguous United States. They are not a fixed-price shipping contract. We reserve the right to re-rate freight against your actual delivery address and site conditions, and to invoice the difference before shipment, as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses, or destinations outside the contiguous United States are quoted separately and are not covered by configurator freight estimates.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the configuration, quantities, delivery address, and delivery site information you submit. Because assembly begins shortly after purchase, we build to the configuration submitted. Providing inaccurate information — including a ZIP code that does not match the delivery address — does not entitle you to the price or freight amount quoted from that information, and any resulting difference in freight or assembly cost is your responsibility.
High Grade Systems' liability for any order is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
